When the application does not ask for XonXoff flow control, the 0x11 and 0x13 characters are passed to the application.
#Arduino xon xoff library driver
The Windows 10 driver for the CH340x does honor RTS/CTS but does nothing with Xon/Xoff. The Windows 10 driver for both the CP2102 and FTDI honor XonXoff and RTS/CTS flow control, just as one would hope. I've looked at the CP2102, the CH340G, the CH340K and the FTDI (probably a knockoff) with respect to flow control.

#Arduino xon xoff library serial
Flow control for serial links (RTS/CTS and Xon/Xoff) has been around for 50 years and yet there are still issues with it when it comes to USBSerial devices (really it's their OS drivers and not the chips themselves, near as I can tell). The whole issue of USBSerial chips and their drivers with respect to flow control is a mess.

I didn't pay much if any attention to where PWM signals landed, as it's an over constrained problem, but I can see why other people would make other choices, if PWM was of importance to them. My thought was to try and keep the form factor and edge connector signal labels the same as the UNO, and make sure that a USART, SPI and I2C show up on the same pins (and not worry about whether the UART on D0/D1 is UART 0, 1, or 2, or if it's primary or alternate pins, as that can be dealt with in firmware). But I think Spence's Arduino pin references are for his core, and not the physical board, although I guess a board could show on the top silk his pin numbering. I'll add in a pointer to Spence's breakout diagram of the DB28 early in my page. User should change it to 115200 in the file arduino1.5.x\libraries\Bridge\src\Bridge.h to match the linux kernel baud rate.Thank you obdevel for your comments and suggestions. Note: The Bridge library baud rate in Arduino IDE is 250000 by default. Current firmware supports the process/console/file class in Bridge library. This mode also support limited Arduino Bridge Library which provides easy communication when connect an AVR MCU to the UART interface. User can send command to Linux and debug it via UART interface by connecting a UART to RS232/USB module to the device. In this mode, the Linux console is enable at 115200 baud rate. In the PowerUART setting page, user can set the Dragino UART interface working in three different operation modes: With these features, users can easily to set up/ develope IoT application using the Dragino Products. The IoT Mesh Firwmare provides a set of Web UI and scripts specially design for Internet of Things Applications. INTERNET OF THINGS APPLICATIONS Introduction Username: root password: dragino WiFi AP password:Ī fall back IP 172.31.255.254/255.255.255.252 is assigned to the LAN port (eth0 interface) so user can always access the system with this ip via the IP 172.31.255.253/255.255.255.252. The IoT Mesh Firmware provide SSH, Web GUI or RS232 access. Some of above products may not work with a feature if it doesn't have the required connector/peripheral hardware for this feature.
